As part of this project, PNC Delhi Industrialinfra Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of complete road network including master plan roads, service roads, sector and cluster roads, cycle tracks, footpaths, kerbstones, roundabouts, parapets, soft-earth landscape, arboriculture and all damaged cross drainage structures (minor bridges/culverts) etc. that fall within the ROW within the boundary of the Industrial estate. These assets will be maintained and upgraded to meet the service level standards, the existing road network of Narela Industrial Area is expressed explicitly in the below chart:
