For the up gradation of the infrastructure of the existing Industrial Estate at Narela in NCT Delhi and to develop a sustainable frame work for the Industrial Estate Management, DSIIDC sought active private sector efficiencies and called for the proposals on PPP basis for the redevelopment & management of the Narela Industrial Complex for 15 years period. There in PNC INFRATECH LIMITED emerged as the successful bidder and incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in name and form of PNC Delhi Industrialinfra Pvt. Ltd as the concessionaire for the work. DSIIDC entered into the Concession Agreement on 19th July,2011 with PNC Delhi Industrialinfra Pvt. Ltd and PNC Infratech Limited for the redevelopment of the industrial estate involving design, engineering, financing, redevelopment/rehabilitation, construction operation and maintenance of the basic infrastructure including roads, drainage, water supply, waste water, solid waste, parking, horticulture, street lighting located within the industrial estate at Narela.
