Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jain ( Chairman & Managing Director)
A Promoter Director of the company. Mr. Jain has over 32 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector and allied areas. His current responsibilities include overseeing the affairs of our Company subject to superintendence and control of Board of Directors, business development.
Mr. Naveen Kumar Jain ( Whole Time Director )
One of our promoters, a Graduate who has over 23 years of experience in industries such as construction, cold storage and transportation.
Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain ( Managing Director )

Mr. Jain is a Law Graduate has over 22 years of experience in construction of roads, airports, rail over bridges among others. His current responsibilities include overall financial management and project administration.

Mr. Yogesh Kumar Jain ( Managing Director )
A Promoter Director of the company.
Mr. Jain is a dynamic Civil Enginner has over 18 years of experience in planning and executing infrastructure projects from conceptualizing to completion. He has vast experience in the execution of highways, runways and bridge construction projects.
His key responsibilities include client liasoning, project technical reviews and appraisal of future business opportunities and development.
Mr. Anil Kumar Rao ( Whole Time Director )
Mr. Anil Kumar Rao, a Whole-Time Director, holds a Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (Civil) from SGSITS, Indore in 1984 and a Masters’ degree in engineering from Madhav Institute of Technical and Science, Gwalior in 2009. He has approximately 27 years of experience in the infrastructure industry and allied areas.
His previous work experience includes, among others, as project manager in Progressive Constructions Limited, as project-in-charge in Galfor Engineering and Contracting LLC, Oman. He is also a member of Indian Roads Congress and Institution of Engineers India. He has experience in the execution of runways and road projects. His current responsibilities include overall monitoring and execution of projects.
Mr. C. R. Sharma ( Director Independent )
Holds Bachelor's degree in Arts from Delhi University. He has been serving as Senior Advisor to Centurion Bank of Punjab from October 2005. He has served as the managing director and chief executive officer of Bank of Punjab from June 2002 to May 2004 and from October 2004 to September 2005 respectively and as Executive Director,
Andhra Bank from September 2000 to May 2002. He was selected by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet for appointment in December 1999 batch of General Managers from different banks. He has also served as Senior Manager of Oriental Bank of Commerce after serving Citibank N.A. for 13 years from 1964 to 1977.
Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar Awasthi ( Director Independent )
Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar Awasthi, an Independent Director, holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from Lucknow University in 1965, post-graduate diploma in Bank Management from National Institute of Bank Management, Pune in 1978, Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai in 1968.
He has approximately 39 years of managerial and leadership experience at Punjab National Bank in line and staff functions. Mr. Awasthi has also been employed as a senior general manager and been a part of the core management team at Punjab National Bank. From 1995 until 1997, he has served as the managing director of PNB Capital Services Limited.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, an Independent Director, holds a Bachelors’ degree in Medicine from Agra University, Agra, in 1974, and a Masters’ degree in surgery from Agra University, Agra, in 1979. He has more than six years of experience as a teacher in S.N.Medical College, Agra and also has experience in business and management.
